When to come ?

In case of emergency, we recommend calling the hospital before coming whenever possible. This allows our team to assess the situation, provide initial advice and prepare for your arrival.

Your visit

When you come to the hospital, our team will guide you through each step of the process.

We recommend bringing any previous medical records, test results or prescriptions related to your pet. This helps us better understand the medical history and avoid unnecessary duplication of tests.

If your pet is referred, we will work in coordination with your veterinarian and ensure continuity of care. After the visit, a report is systematically shared with them.

Depending on your pet’s condition, additional examinations or hospitalization may be required. All decisions are discussed with you in order to ensure a clear understanding of the proposed care.
